The cause of all woe in the world, relatively speaking, is Satan. Even though we are designated by God as members of Christ's body, we are at this present moment still in our bodies of humiliation, and still subject, with the rest of the world, to the stratagems of the Adversary. But the day is soon coming—at the inauguration of the thousand-year kingdom on Earth—when Satan will be bound for 1,000 years. Who will accomplish this binding? That is, who will issue the command that introduces the world to 1,000 years of peace? At whose word will Satan finally be debilitated?
