Greetings,
Good morning, everyone. Do you wonder why you want and need companionship? It's because God needed it first. God chose to need it. He purposely populated His newly-created universe more creatures than you can shake a flyswatter at. But why? Because, like you, God craves company and fellowship. But I thinking that God did not get the idea from you, no. We are this way because He is this way; we are created in His image.
Enjoy this installment of The History of the Universe, a book that I started in early 2019 but that God suddenly pulled the plug on. And yet I'm feeling something brewing in the divine chambers, so that maybe I will be finishing this book in the near future. I think it is a worthy project.
In the meantime, take comfort in knowing that your craving for companionship is neither selfish nor sinful. It's godly. And now may God grant each of us what we need.
Yours from the peninsula,
Martin
