The salvation of all is a result of the gospel, not the gospel itself. Sentimentality, hurt feelings and a sense of injustice can certainly drive anyone to consider the salvation of all.
But to encounter the depths of what Christ did in order to secure the salvation of all requires a sober inquiry into truth that can only be hindered by sentimental considerations.
