Dear Fellow Believers,
Many think that Jesus Christ is a crutch for weak people. Only weak people choose Christ because they've got nothing else going for them. Or so they say. Ha, what a lie. It's just the opposite. It's not that weak people choose Christ, it's that Christ chooses weak people. Read 1 Corinthians, chapter 1. It's all there.
Or, if you would prefer, listen to this audio recorded by yours truly in October of 1996 in Fairview, SC. This is one of my best messages ever. If you are in any way discouraged about your lot in life, if you feel like you have lost the lottery in the looks, intelligence, success, or wisdom departments, then this message will send your heart soaring—just like those kites at the end of
"Mary Poppins."
Rodney Paris topped himself here in his selection of beautiful, colorful video to accompany beautiful, colorful truth. This production will change your mood for the better, I guarantee it.
I told a friend recently that I knew of a man with a wooden leg named Smith. The friend responded, "What was the name of his other leg?" This person is in the body of Christ because he fits the profile described by Paul in 1 Corinthians chapter 1.
Note: The next three books ("Shagah" "Goddess of Nazareth" and "The Lie of Every Man's Battle" ARE coming, I promise. The original printer ran out of the paper that I wanted. So now I'm working with the second printer to make sure that HE has the right paper. (He just sent me a sample book of each title, with the wrong paper. I guess it's rocket science.) Everything is ready to go except
lining up the printer. This will be resolved shortly, so stay tuned and thank you for your patience. Then the next book will soon be out, titled: "How to Love Anyone (Even Your Wife)". Great teaching here on God's love (1 Corinthians, chapter 13), and how to handle difficult marital situations. This book can and will fix marriages that are on the brink of oblivion.
Thank you to EVERYONE who has been supporting this work. Your contributions are a real encouragement to me. It is God telling me to keep going. Yes, it is God inspiring you, but YOU must be recognized as well. I know who you are. I can't tell you how grateful I am.
With much appreciation from the edge of the bottom of the Floridan peninsula,
