Dear Subscribers,
YouTube has unfortunately gone retroactive on me and given me a strike on a video I made 18 MONTHS AGO. As you know, I received a strike in January of this year because of "medical misinformation," but I reformed my ways and the strike went away after 90 days. When YouTube gave me the strike, they said, "95% of people who get one strike never get another one."
Yes, that's because the penalty for one strike within a 90-day period is the inability to upload for a week, the penalty for two strikes is being banned for two weeks. Three strikes within a 90-period and YouTube yanks my entire channel. Obviously, I don't want that to happen.
But how can one reform one's ways if YouTube goes retroactive? I feel this is unfair. YouTube allows the option of appeal, and this is what I will do. But until that time, I am unable to upload any content for a week. I do have a Rumble channel, so this week I will be uploading videos from the Richmond conference on my Rumble channel. Hopefully you have signed
up to my Rumble channel. If you have not, please do so. If you don't know how to do it, I will send you another email either today or Monday with the Rumble link for Monday's show. (I will also re-upload the conference videos onto YouTube when my penalty week has expired.) I can only do this via email because, again, I have no way of contacting you on YouTube until next week.
This sucks. Rodney and I had a wonderful video all ready for you today. But again, look for it on Rumble---or look for my email with the link either today or tomorrow.
I will keep you up to date on this situation.
Yours from the peninsula,
Martin
