One of the best verbs in Romans 8:3 is "sending," as in "God, sending His own Son...concerning Sin." God SENT Christ here to do a job (conquer Sin) that was humanly impossible. If it was humanly possible, then why was an outside Rescuer SENT? Furthermore, who would dare now to attempt a job that has already been done?
