Dear Fellow Believers,

It is important for Body of Christ believers to understand what has happened to the law of Moses, otherwise they may be tempted to dabble in it, or resurrect it before its time.

Twenty-five years ago a hardcore Israel guy wrote me accusing me of doing away with the law and encouraging Christians not to at least attempt to do the law. Huh? Apparently this guy was ignorant of the fact that the law of Moses came only to one nation out of all the nations: Israel. So how is it that I discourage people from "trying law" to whom the law never came in the first place?

The law of Moses is pure and righteous. It simply cannot be administered or followed by human beings as presently constituted. Israel will be enabled to do the law when God writes the law on their hearts, CORPORATELY, as a nation. This WILL happen, and it is properly known as the New Covenant. It ought to be obvious to all that the New Covenant hasn't started yet. When it does start, all Israel will come to a realization of the truth that Jesus is their Messiah, and they will be supernaturally enabled to execute the law perfectly. Has this happened yet? Hm. Not that I've been able to tell.

I recorded this message in 1995 in Baldwin, MI. The man I refer to in the audio, who wrote me the letter, and who I do not name in the presentation, was Jory Books of the Bible Restoration Church of Rochester Hills, Michigan, a suburb of Detroit.
