God's creation goes from the simple to the complex, and salvation, as it is revealed to us, goes from the personal to the universal. I am seeing this pattern now all over Scripture.
I think the most helpful thing I say on this video, which I will elaborate upon tomorrow, is that anyone STILL believing the lie of eternal torment after coming into a LEGITIMATE understanding of his/her justification by faith, must be treated as Paul advised the Corinthian ecclesia to treat the man who was screwing his step-mother. They are to be treated as leprous, they are to be shunned at dinnertime, and basically taken to the woodshed until they repent. (More on this important theme
tomorrow; and I'm not kidding, it is important.)
I fear that some may have gotten the idea that I think it would be just lovely and even peachy to have a believer in eternal torment
in our midst; no big deal. Well, let me correct that notion today, and I will do so even more tomorrow.
Grace and peace to you all.
