You may feel as though God is pushing you to your limits. I know. I have felt this too. More than once. But I know from experience—and from Scripture—that although God might push you up against the wall of endurance, there is one thing God will never do to you and never take from you.
Here is a passionate teaching on the topic of faith. I delivered this talk in Des Moines, Iowa, on September 16, 2023. I just watched this for the first time. It does me good to see it.
In this teaching, you get an
intimate look at the faith of Christ, the faith of Abraham, and the faith God has given US to believe the most seemingly improbable things said of us in Scripture. But think of it this way:
The deepest wells of faith are not reached when God makes moderate, borderline-believable statements, but when God makes outrageous, seemingly impossible promises to
us relating to the height, the breadth, and the depth of His shared glory.
