In 2 Corinthians 12, Paul relates the account of a man (himself) snatched away into Paradise (the Third Heaven) by God, where he hears "ineffable declarations that are not allowed a man to speak" (2 Corinthians 12:4). Paul never did speak these secrets. He never revealed them AT THAT TIME. But did Paul, at a
later time, record them for the benefit of the saints? The answer, I now believe, is, "Of course he did."
