The religious hierarchy of our Lord’s day hated Him for no reason at all, that is, without a cause. Likewise, WE are hated by our contemporaries without a cause, even as we bring them a gospel of grace, peace, and salvation. But more importantly, God lavishes us with His grace, not because of who WE are, but because of Who HE is.
In this video, I look at the word “gratuitously” in Romans 3:24 and in John 15:25 to show you just how unworthy we are of the love God lavishes upon us.
