Our snatching away is the catalyst that puts the salvation of our friends and loved ones (and even our enemies) in the fast lane. In other words, the true beginning of the salvation of all is the snatching away of the body of Christ.

And yet God has yet to call out the last member of that body. So far, nothing has affected the stubbornness of those we have failed to persuade. Perhaps, at so late a date, the expedient thing may be to mention the proximity of the Tribulation. I’m not suggesting that we threaten people, but that an announcement of the fact that Paul’s gospel is the modern-day ark­—the only escape besides death–out of the coming Indignation might move a certain kind of person unmoved by a purely positive message.
