The absence of prophecy concerning the worldwide flood in the days of Noah did not stop the event from happening. What are the chances, then, that the plethora of prophecy concerning the Tribulation will stay THAT day? Are we only imagining or wishing this day to be upon us? How can we be, when there is so much prophetic detail concerning it?

As Scripture develops, the prophets see more and more clearly into the future, so that the latter prophets see more than the former. What are we to say, then, concerning THIS day? That there is a lack of information concerning it so that no one could be aware of it? Perish the thought.
