God's means to His ends are difficult, but the ends will always justify the means. Always.

When God's judgments are in the earth, the inhabitants of the earth learn righteousness (Isaiah 26:9). But it is God's KINDNESS that leads to repentance (Romans 2:4.) When do the inhabitants of the earth, during the Tribulation, see God's kindness? I propose that it will be seen in its fullness at the Great White Throne.

But before that, God's judgments will finally introduce the most religious of humans to the truth of their weakness. WE'VE tried to tell them, but they just won't listen.
