Greetings saints in Christ,
In today's week of shows from twenty-four years ago (ZenderTalk), we learn that missionaries are wasting their time (and worse) by taking a non-gospel and a terrible gospel to where people have never been subjected to non and terrible gospels. Could this possibly be good for anyone?
The essence of every
false gospel is that it is PRESENTED as fact, but it is never that, but rather a challenge to the faith and the general ability of the victim of the "gospel." (It especially discourages these victims when they read in the Bible that, "no one is righteous, no not one." You might say this clashes with the news brought to them by the so-called evangelists.
In the middle of the week I talk about how to bear fruit. How does one bear fruit as a believer? By straining to bear fruit? Not at
all. In fact, it is a counter-intuitive method known as, "Just learn as much as you can about the true God, and the fruit will follow." As in nature, the saint with the most light (that is, the most revelation about God) bears the most fruit.
We bear fruit in accord with the measure of our spiritual understanding.
Rodney backdrops the audio with some relaxing video from days gone by, when life was much simpler. That's okay. The complications of this world are
short-lived, as we are reaching a critical breaking point, a tipping point beyond which God will not allow things to pass. We can make it to the snatching away, we just have to stick together. And learn together.
Thus these shows---and this work for the past 31 years. It is all about us learning together, and sticking together. To those who have helped this work to continue for these many years, thank you for your generosity. I would say back when I started, "This material is
free, but if you get something out of it and you want to help it continue, then contribute whatever you think it is worth to you. But this is never a requirement. (And nor will it ever be.) Thus, God takes care of His own work by putting it on the hearts of the saints to support it."
It's the only way. It's the purest way. It's God's way.
Grace, peace, and appreciation from the Floridan peninsula,
Martin
