Just when you thought you've heard it all, here comes one of the most respected and knowledgable Scripture teachers of the nineteenth century claiming that not even a denial of the resurrection of Christ can keep one from membership in the body of Christ.
Some people will overlook ANY false teaching in order to "be nice" to unbelievers and avoid being called "judgmental" by those (usually believers) who are all too quick to shame anyone refusing fellowship between righteousness and lawlessness, belief and unbelief, light and darkness, Christ and Belial.
What would Paul do? We
