Welcome to Exhibit E in my court case, demonstrating that any attempt by body-of-Christ teachers to do away with the snatching away contains, at it base level, an emotional hesitancy to leave family and friends behind.
The last person I would ever expect to abandon logic and Scriptural integrity in the interest of blowing up Scripture, was Dan Sheridan. I knew him as a formidable student who, when interpreting Scripture, could deep emotions related to family out. Then came the writing I am about to share with you.
This writing by Dan is so juvenile as to defy belief. And yet here it is. The snatching away of the body of Christ, according to Mr. Sheridan, is bogus because God would never separate parents from children, and especially not female children who are "little," "wearing dresses," and "in pigtails."
Whether you decide to laugh or cry
(I've done a little of both), here's the damning quote.
