Today, our favorite Judaizer tells us that the reason he is so upset with us is that we refuse to allow the Holy Spirit to change and transform our lives. Really? I didn't know the Holy Spirit was waiting for our permission. I didn't know the Holy Spirit was this polite. I didn't know the Holy Spirit had an inferiority complex—to us!

Additionally, as he gazes at our scruffy lot from the lofty height of his moral parapet, Johnny Greene has determined that we are just too complacent and too comfortable. How comfortable are we allowed to be? Where is the line where we cross into complacency? Only Johnny can answer these important questions, but he mysteriously refuses to do so. What we need from this Judaizer, then, is a list of specifics that will finally put us in his good graces.

Needless to say, it is much easier to get into God’s good graces than Johnny Greene’s. And let us all thank God for that.
