Dear Fellow Believers,
Welcome to another edition of ZenderTalk. I think we're nearing the end of the shows that I made during the period between 2002 and 2006 in Greenwich, Ohio. But don't worry, because we have plans for what is coming next.
A woman has written me an email; she has trouble with the complete sovereignty of God.
She describes something so horrific that, during broadcast #121, I have to bleep it out.
This happens a lot. Those who cannot believe the simple truth that all is of God (2 Corinthians 5:18) and that God is operating all in accord with the counsel of His will (Ephesians 1:11), bring to the table the worst event they've ever heard of, thinking that THIS will be the one thing that will shake the faith and the conviction of someone who simply believes that there is only One God
and that He is Lord of all. It never works.
I don't like everything that God does, but this does not keep God from doing everything. If there were a competing capital "G" God Who could bring us the same eonian result without the evil, then I would vote for Him. But since there is only one God and He not only created but employs evil for the eventual good of all, we have to work with this One.
The woman, Kim, has her own teaching (though she may not realize
it) and it's worse than mine: evil is of Satan. Or (this is perhaps worse): evil is completely random. Were this so, then nothing would have purpose. Screw that. It's not so. I'll stick with Scripture. My teaching has an advantage over hers is that at least it's true. That's a great place to start.
Only the spiritually mature can handle the mature truth that all is of God. All evil will be justified in light of the coming glory.
On show #122, I quote a James
Coram article from Unsearchable Riches magazine in which this reputable teacher and friend claims that those who are "blind to the nature of grace itself" are yet believers in Paul's gospel. How could this possibly be? It can't be. Yet this remains the largest blind spot of the Concordant Publishing Concern, that those who believe NOTHING of the elements of Paul's gospel (in fact, they believe opposite things) are still to be counted as believers, right along with those given by God to believe
the essential elements of Paul's gospel. This is impossible, of course, yet the Concern persists. I do not persist; I call them out. Some of their defense, when cornered, is, "Well, we are not called upon to know who is a believer and who isn't." This is strange, seeing as Paul tells us to "not be yoked with unbelievers." How could we accomplish this if we don't know what a believer is?
Some advice from Show 122: Feel free to quit your job in order to escape
unbelievers.
In beautiful conjunction with the theme of "What is a Believer" and the Concordant Publishing Concern position that EVERYONE is a believer whether they believe or not, Rodney has chosen MZTV 362, "1 Corinthians 15- The Deadly Trinity” from February 10, 2020, to close this wonderful multimedia presentation. I do not remember making this video—but wow. This is the most powerful and convincing 10 minutes I have ever recorded refuting the Trinity. (This is even better
than the time I threw eggs at the Trinity.) As far as I know, I am the only believer in the last 100 years who has inquired as to Satan's motive in devising the Trinity. It has not come to earth by accident or without motive. Every glorious detail of this belief is explained, from my car, in this video. I liked it so much, I invited Manfred come over and I had HIM watch it. Now YOU get to watch it.
Thanks (thanks is not enough) to all of you who have supported this work the
past month. This work could not continue without you. This is a grassroots operation wherein God operates on the hearts of those who benefit spiritually from the show, moving them to help keep the ministry (and the minister of the ministry) going. You all are the best friends I have ever had.
I am remaining your brother and Christ and servant in the Lord,
—Martin
