This topic is winding down, thank God. I have determined that none of those who, truly, despise the truth of the celestial origin of Christ, will never (in this life) come to the truth.
After a couple more necessary shows, I'm giving up
on them. Fortunately, there are only a handful. But it is still painful to see friends and colleagues make such illogical claims as, 1) because we are human and Christ is human, therefore, 2) we are exactly like Christ and Christ is exactly like us. "We do not have a history of preexisting our birth," goes the logic, "so therefore Christ cannot possibly have a different history."
This is like saying that, because two people in the same house are drinking wine at dinner, the one who drinks only a single glass of wine a day HAS to be an alcoholic just like the other diner who actually IS an alcoholic. Why? Well—because they're both drinking wine at dinner. Doesn't that prove it?
When so-called
teachers use logic like this to teach on such an important topic as Christ's glories, well, why do we even give them credence as teachers?
