The Kansas City Conference 2026 is officially confirmed. Thank you for your patience, we’ve all been excited to get this thing going.
Here is the information you will need to get registered and to reserve your room.
1: Please send an email to Greg Davis at UniRec888@gmail.com to confirm your attendance, even if you previously did so. There is no cost, this just helps us keep track of total attendance.

That’s it. You’re registered.
The room cost is $132 per night for a single King bed or $142 per night for 2 Queen beds. If you would like to share a room with another attendee, please email Greg and he will try to coordinate something.
Some information on the hotel link: When you first enter the registration page, it will show the dates Tue. May 12 – Thu, May 21.
This is the entire range of dates that are guaranteed to be at the reduced rate for rooms. If you’d like to get there early or leave late, they will honor the reduced rate during those days. The cut-off registration date for the guaranteed rate is Apr. 23rd 2026 so please don’t wait too long.
The hotel provides a free shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. The hotel will provide information on how to use that
service.
To keep the cost of the conference to a minimum, we have not reserved a room for a Friday Night Meet and Greet. The hotel has a very nice restaurant and bar, outdoor patio and several lobbies. We have opted to use these facilities instead.
A note for those of us who are flying: One of the World Cup games will be played at Kansas City
Stadium on Tuesday June 16th. Even though this is a full month after the conference, there is a possibility that airline prices might be affected. Please bear this in mind when making your plans.
