Greetings Fellow Believers, and Others,
Good things here from the book of Hebrews concerning the promises of God. God's promises are immutable. As God cannot and never would count on human cooperation to backup a promise, He swears by Himself. This is almost comedic. The law states that, by two witness a matter is established. God follows His own
law. But since He needs no human help, yet at the same time must honor His own law, He "swears by Himself." Kind of like a "Me, Myself, and I" promise. I'll take it. There is no better guarantee that God's promises will come to pass.
And there it is: "God's promises will come to pass." There is no doubt, no question. And why is this? Because human cooperation and support is unneeded and thus irrelevant.
Thank you to all who have supported the work in
February. You are all fellow workers with me in bringing the truth of God to as many as possible, as frequently as possible. I have not taken a day off this work in years—this is no exaggeration. In one way or another, the Word of God goes forth. This can only happen by the support of the saints. So thanks to all of you. Can't say it enough.
From the peninsula,
Martin
