Greetings, Body of Christ,
These two shows from 2013 are about the Lost Ten Tribes of Israel, scattered among the nations around 700 B.C., and where they are today.
Show 56, Hebrews Series, 2013
In this first show, I’m broadcasting from Pinehurst, NC, at the home of Anne Brechtelsbaur. In show 56 of the Hebrews Series, I make the case that
Christianity IS the Lost Ten Tribes. One does not find these Tribes by researching genealogy, but by noting characteristics help by apostate Israel: religious pride; lording it over others; having a form of devoutness byt denying the power, believing false teachings, worshipping false gods, bartering God for money, and so forth.
Luke 13: 22-30 are the verses analyzed here. Our Lord said:
“Be struggling to be entering through the cramped door, for I am saying to you, many will
be seeking to enter and will not be strong enough.
25 From which time the householder should be roused and latch the door, and you should be beginning to stand outside and to be knocking at the door, saying, ‘Lord, Lord, open to us!’ and answering, he will be declaring to you, ‘I am not acquainted with you! Whence are you?’
26 Then should you be beginning to say, ‘We ate and drank in your sight, and in our squares you teach!’
27 He also will be declaring: ‘I am
saying to you, I am not acquainted with you! Whence are you? Withdraw from me, all workers of injustice!’
28 “There there will be lamentation and gnashing of teeth, whenever you should be seeing Abraham and Isaac and Jacob and all the prophets in the kingdom of God, yet you cast outside.
29 And they will be arriving from east and west and from north and south and will be made to recline in the kingdom of God.
30 And lo! they are last who will be first, and they are
first who will be last.”
This is a companion passage to Matthew 7:21, when Jesus encounters “many” who will say to Him, “Did we not do marvelous works in your name?” and responds, “I never knew you, workers of lawlessness.”
Ironically, those who are “not strong enough” (Luke 13:22) to enter the earthly kingdom, lack strength in the sense of being able to resist the popular apostasy. Of course, it is God Who refuses to give them this power, as He requires vessels of dishonor
to backdrop His vessels of honor.
Show 57, Hebrews Series, 2014
At the beginning of this show I hear myself saying, “I’m back in North Carolina,” but then I’m talking about “two kids in the studio today,” that is, in the room watching me record the show. I have no recollection of any kids I know in North Carolina. As the show went on, I finally named these kids as Jake and Ariana Hill, who are Stephen Hill’s kids, whom I lived with for two years in Pennsylvania. It was at
this time I realized that, at the beginning of the show, I meant to say, “I’m back FROM North Carolina.”
There is a cute moment toward the end of the show where I bring 7 year-old Ariana to the microphone (I had totally forgotten about this), and had her give a brief testimony about how Jesus Christ is the Savior of all humanity. The kid is smarter than all mainstream preachers and teachers.
This show highlights some details from Ezekiel 37 concerning God re-uniting the House
of Israel with the House of Judah (the tribes which were split following Solomon’s reign) and bringing them into the millennial kingdom. These truths, of course, blow up the Preterist contention that God is finished with Israel.
Thank you for your prayers and concerns for me. They are justified and much appreciated. God knows what He is doing. I have never stopped believe that. I don’t like what He’s doing, but that is immaterial. I must only submit to His intention.
Grace
and peace from Florida,
Martin
