Hello, everyone. I need help making sure the Crack O' Dawn files get preserved. YouTube could decide to get picky any time now and zap my account due to my use of some copyrighted songs. Even though I don't make money from
YouTube videos, my employment of some music is not considered "fair use" by YouTube. I may be okay, but I don't want to risk it. Because my computer crashed late last year, I do not have back-ups of all of my videos
Is anyone out there willing to volunteer for a labor of love? I need all the CODRs backed up as .mp4 files. The
process is fairly simple with "YouTube Downloader." You may know of a better way.
The process is fairly simple.
1) Go to my homepage, www.martinzender.com
2) Down the left side
of the page, click on "Crack O' Dawn Reports" You will see 59 videos. (4 videos have been disabled: 32, 33, 38, and 55)
3) Click on the individual video
4) Click on the "YouTube" icon to see the video in YouTube
5) Copy the YouTube url for the video
6) Paste the url in YouTube Downloader
7) Under "Download in Quality" put in, "Highest Available." (I think this will be an
mp4)
8) Burn the files onto a CD or DVD (which can be mailed to me), or onto a Drop Box file, or a sharing site of your choice
9) PREPARE FOR AN AWARD AT THE DAIS FOR MAKING SURE THESE VIDEOS GET SAVED--AS WELL AS FOR FREEING ME FROM THIS CHORE SO THAT I CAN CONTINUE TO WRITE AND MAKE MORE VIDEOS.
